How much will people drink?

A general rule of thumb is 2 drinks per person for the first hour and 1 per hour after that. So a 4 hour event equals 5 drinks per person. Some people will drink more, some less, but this is a generally accepted average. Wildflower Spirited Bartending can help you plan and execute your beer, wine and liquor purchase from reputable local sources. Check out these links for more info on estimating how much alcohol you will need for your event:

Will guests have to show ID to drink?

We have a legal obligation to prevent service of alcoholic beverages to minors. While we are not likely to card every member of your party, we do reserve the right to check IDs and refuse service to those who are unable to provide acceptable proof of their age. So tell that baby-faced cousin to make sure he has his ID!

Do you rent glassware, tables, etc?

We do not rent or provide glassware, tables, or any other items for your wedding or event beyond those items required to provide bar service. We do have relationships with local vendors who are happy to fill your order for glassware or whatever else you need. We are happy to assist you with this. Please ask for details. We will provide plastic cups to any service for an additional fee.

How do I book my event?

Contact us directly to discuss your needs. Once we have worked out a plan, you will receive a custom quote tailored to your needs along with a contract spelling out all the details in writing. After the contract is signed, returned and your deposit made, your event is booked. We will then work together to plan and deliver the best bar experience for your guests!

What is your cancellation policy?

90% refund if more than 30 days prior to the event.

No refund if less than 30 days prior to the event.

When is payment due?

50% due with signed contract.

Balance due 21 days before event.

100% balance due if booked less than 30 days prior to event.

Will there be a tip jar for the bartenders?

Some hosts may wish to not have a tip jar visible to their guests. In these cases, we reserve the right to add a 18% gratuity to your invoice. All gratuities are split equally amongst the staff who work your event. Ask us for more details.
